Safety Rules & Declaration
Before every session, each participant fills in and signs a declaration confirming they know the rules below. Read them in advance so you are ready when you arrive.
The declaration is 2 pages long and in Bulgarian. Print it and fill it in ahead of time, or sign it on site.

- Every participant receives protective gear: a coverall, a helmet or goggles, and gloves.
- Taking off the protective clothing or gear in the room is strictly forbidden for the whole session. Doing so creates a serious risk of injury from sharp and cutting objects, and the participant bears full responsibility for the consequences.
Clothing & shoes
- Closed shoes are mandatory for every session.
- SMASH sessions also require long-sleeved clothing.
- Take part without jewelry, to avoid injuries from accidental snagging.
Age & minors
- SMASH: from 14 years. For participants aged 14 to 18, a parent or guardian completes and signs the consent declaration.
- SPLASH: no age limit.
- For every participant under 18, the parent, guardian or legal companion completes section III of the declaration and bears full responsibility for the minor's health, safety and actions on the premises.
Who may not take part
- Pregnant women.
- Anyone under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication that impairs the central nervous system or sober judgment.
In the room
- Smash the items with a swing toward the center of the room, never toward the door.
- With two or more participants in the room, never swing toward another person.
- Do not break items that hold up or balance the smash setups.
- Do not strike the walls, windows, doors, light fixtures, video and audio recording devices, or the ventilation and air-conditioning units.
Damage & misconduct
- Hooliganism or deliberate damage to property other than the items provided for smashing — by a participant or by a minor they accompany — is charged at three times the value of the destroyed item or of the repair, plus compensation for the income lost while the schedule is interrupted.
- Hooliganism is reported to the police.
On the premises
- Smoking is forbidden except in the designated areas.
- Personal belongings can be kept in individually locked lockers during the session; we are not liable for items lost or forgotten outside them.
Assumption of risk
- Physical injuries are possible even when the protective gear is used correctly. By signing the declaration, each participant releases Exsolvo Smash & Splash from liability for injuries caused by the nature of the activity or by not following the instructions.
- We apply the necessary safety measures and supervise them conscientiously to minimize the risks.
