Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between you (the "Customer") and EXSOLVO. Please read them carefully — by confirming a booking or entering our premises, you accept these Terms as currently in force.
1. Parties and scope
Exsolvo smash & splash Ltd, VAT BG208493198, registered office: Sofia 1233, Serdika district, Fondovi Zhilishta complex, Bulgaria (hereinafter "EXSOLVO", "we", "us"), operates rage-room and splatter-paint-studio activities at its studio at 1A Osmi Mart St., Bozhurishte. 2. Bookings
Bookings are made via the public form on exolvo.bg or manually by our staff on premises. Each booking is for one session in one room, for the group size chosen (1 to 4 participants); groups of more than 4 are quoted separately. Depending on the studio's current settings, a booking is either paid online when it is made, or confirmed straight away and paid at the studio before the session starts. After submission you receive an email confirmation with a unique reference number; until then the booking is not considered final. Arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start counts as a no-show (see section 4).
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are quoted in euro (EUR), VAT inclusive unless explicitly stated otherwise. Payment is collected online at the time of booking confirmation or at the studio reception before the session starts. EXSOLVO reserves the right to update prices; the live version of the website prevails.
4. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds
You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel in writing (email to exsolvoss2025@gmail.com) at least 24 hours before the scheduled start. Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable. One free reschedule is permitted if requested at least 24 hours in advance and a free slot is available. A no-show is treated as a fulfilled session and is non-refundable. EXSOLVO may cancel a booking for technical, force majeure or safety reasons — in such cases you receive a full refund or an alternative slot of your choice.
5. Age restrictions
Rage Room (SMASH sessions): minimum age 14. Splatter Studio (SPLASH sessions): no minimum age. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (18+), who completes and signs section III of the safety declaration on their behalf; unaccompanied use is allowed from age 18. A valid photo ID may be requested at check-in. If the declared age cannot be confirmed, the booking may be refused without refund.
6. Safety and protective equipment
Every participant receives the personal protective equipment provided by EXSOLVO (coverall, helmet or goggles, gloves) and must wear it throughout the activity; removing it in the room is strictly forbidden. Closed shoes are mandatory, SMASH sessions also require long sleeves, and jewelry must be taken off. Before each session every participant signs the safety declaration, which sets out the safety rules and the inherent risks of the activities and is published on the Safety Rules page. EXSOLVO reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate a session, without refund, for guests visibly intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or behaving in a manner that endangers themselves, other guests or staff.
7. Personal belongings and liability for damage
Wearing personal clothes, shoes or accessories inside the activity zones is at your own risk. EXSOLVO is not liable for soiling, tearing, wear or other damage to personal items caused by participating in the activities — by their nature these involve paint splatter and contact with objects intended to be destroyed. We recommend leaving valuables (watches, jewellery, electronics) in the lockers provided. The Customer is financially liable for damage to studio property caused intentionally or by gross negligence outside the boundaries of the specific activity (e.g. breaking display glass, damaging reception equipment or furniture). EXSOLVO carries third-party civil liability insurance; this does not cover damage to guests' personal belongings.
8. Conduct
Personal tools, weapons, glass, flammable or explosive materials may not be brought into the activity zones. Photo and video are permitted only by the participant or their guardian and only within their own session — recording staff or other customers without consent is prohibited. Staff have the unilateral right to terminate a session for breach of these rules, in which case the paid amount is non-refundable.
9. Media content
EXSOLVO may capture photo and video material on the premises for marketing and advertising purposes. If you do not wish to be filmed, please notify staff in writing before the session starts or email exsolvoss2025@gmail.com in advance — we will arrange a separate slot or ensure you are not included in the footage.
10. Intellectual property
All text, photos, video, graphics, logo and brand elements published on exolvo.bg are the property of Exsolvo smash & splash Ltd or its respective licensors and are protected under the Bulgarian Copyright and Related Rights Act. Reproduction, distribution or other use beyond personal non-commercial use is prohibited without prior written consent.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall first be settled amicably through negotiations; if that is not possible, by the competent Bulgarian court seated in Sofia. Consumers also have the right to use the EU online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
